Later he joined the house band at the Diplomat Inn in Montgomery, Alabama, serving as lead guitarist for Nashville artists who rotated on a bi-weekly basis. At the time, the Diplomat was a topnotch show room in the states capitol, frequented by many US diplomats. In 1978, Jim decided to settle down. Since then Jim has worked with numerous musicians in resorts and casinos around PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE and WV.
